Time with me, a certified Body Ready Method Pro, to ask questions and gain knowledge. Online access to targeted birth training and movement videos to easily continue to practice at home as well as printable handouts to have with you in labor. Lifetime access to the online platform

Cancellation Policy
All workshop/class sessions purchased are non-refundable and expire within one year of date of purchase. Refunds are discouraged but honored within 24 hours of booking. Please note a 10% processing fee is deducted from all refunded amounts to cover payment processing fees. Refunds will be issued via check, Venmo or Zelle. I understand that if I must cancel our participation in the workshop we must give instructor/teacher 24 hours advanced notice and we have the option to book a future workshop.
