Postpartum Doula Support
As your doula, I recognize and honor the early postpartum period as an extension of pregnancy, labor and birth, also called the fourth trimester. This is a very special and sacred period of time, in which you deserve to rest, you deserve to heal and you deserve to get to know and bond with your baby/babies.
I am here to guide, nurture and empower you and your partner, as you confidently grow and thrive in your new roles as parents; and to make this transition into your new family dynamic as smooth and relaxing as possible. If you have other children, I am here for you to help with sibling bonding.

During our time together I will provide you and your partner with Newborn Care tips and tricks and feeding support, no matter if you are breastfeeding, bottle feeding or a combination of both.
We will talk about your birth story and discuss ways to support healing your body after birth.

All of my Postpartum Packages include one meeting (in-person or virtual) prior to the arrival of your baby/babies (if possible).
We will discuss how you and your partner envision the perfect postpartum support during the first weeks after welcoming your brand new baby/babies earthside. I will provide you with ideas on how to create your personal Postpartum Plan that fits the needs and desires of your family, including self-care ideas, nutritious meal and snack prep, and lots of time to rest and bond with your baby/babies. ​
